1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Final Sale, clearance, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at support@alynora.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions (usually within 4–7 business days).
- Carefully package the item and ship it back to the address we provide.
We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Approve or reject the return based on condition
- If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Notify you via email when your refund is processed
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
