Returns & Refunds

At Alynora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to make things right.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Final Sale, clearance, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@alynora.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions (usually within 4–7 business days).
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back to the address we provide.

We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.


3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or reject the return based on condition
  • If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Notify you via email when your refund is processed

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account or card statement
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
  3. If it’s been more than 10 business days, email us at support@alynora.com
